Hampshire Police
Crime prevention stall with different leaflets, we will bring a Police Van and uniform to try on.

First Aid
First Aid will be available on site right next to the Pavilion for anyone needing medical assistance

Raffle Tickets
Pitch setup to sell Raffle tickets on the day, draw will be at the end of the event.

Pitch setup with all of the even information, printed programs and Lost & Found.

Womens Toilets
Womens only toilets are inside the Pavilion (Male toilets have been cleaned and repurposed as Womens toilets for the day).

Male Toilets
Male toilets are portable ones positioned next to the Pavilion. Please do not attempt to use those inside the Pavilion.

Waste
Bins will be placed around the site for any rubbish to be disposed off. Volunteers will also be litter picking during the day too.

Parking
Public Parking is via Castle Lane and manned by volunteers to ensure smooth entry and exit. Blue Badge parking is available by the Pavilion but is limited in space.
